Challenge supplies with its tubulars the FUJI-SERVETTO pro-tour professional team: www.fuji-servetto.com . 

The cooperation started in 2008 and will continue for three seasons, till the 2010.

The incredible stress that professional riders put on tubulars is an important  laboratory  for the development of new materials and new tire structures. 

The research and the evolution on tires, as a matter of fact, never ends. We are constantly looking for the best compounds and the lighest materials to use, in order to always increase the efficiency of our products, decreasing weight and rolling resistence at the same time.

 Despite the classic and traditional look, Challange products keep on changing compounds and internal structures. The technical improvements are the result of  feedbacks given by the professional team leaders. The team uses almost all the Challenge products available, depending on the ground features of the different racing fields. Mainly Criterium and Forte, of course, but also Crono for the time trials, Gara and Vulcano for the training sessions before the long races.   

  

      

                  

 

 

 

  CONTEMPOLIS-MURCIA Continental team (Spain)

  

Another key cooperation of Challenge in the professional road racing world is that with the spanish continental Contempolis-Murcia team. Mainly riding domestic races in Europe and  Spain in particular, the Contempolis-Murcia team is giving important information on the behavior of compounds and cement when riding with very high ground temperature. In Spain the road asphalt can easily reach 80 °C degrees or more during summer days.

 

  

 

CYCLOCROSS TEAMS 

 

 FIDEA-TELENET Cyclocross Team  (Belgium)

 

The Belgian FIDEA-TELENET cyclocross team, riding Challenge tires since more than seven seasons. They have been winning many times the most prestigious race: the World Championship. The Champions Erwin Vervecken e Bart Wellens, have been winning this race with Grifo bringing this tubular tire on the highest level of the podium. Challenge Grifo is market leader for Cyclocross and have been winning more World Championship than any other tubular tire in the last decade.  There's no time to rest, the new season is starting already. Who's going to be next World Champion?

 SELLE ITALIA-GUERCIOTTI Cyclocross Team (Italy)

 

The international Selle Italia-Guerciotti-Sesto Autoveicoli team, with Marco Aurelio Fontana (Elite), Julien Taramarcaz (Svizzera-U/23), Francesca Cucciniello, Elisabetta Borgia e Sanne Cant (Belgio) in the wemen cathegory and Daniele Dall'Oste, Brian Falaschi ed Emanuele Simoncini, (Juniores), all riders leaded by the former World Champion Vito Di Tano who has recently announced he's going to be the "testimonial" for this team.

 

 BABOCO-REVOR Cyclocross Team  (Belgium)

  

Erwin Vervecken, twice World Champion with Fidea-Ridley is changing team but is not changing his Challenge Grifo tubulars. In the new belgian "Baboco-Revor" team, the World Champion relys on the grip and the extremely low rolling resistance of his Grifo tires. The first vicory is there already, Vervecken has been winning on the muddy roads of the "Rubaix".

A leading wemen cyclocross team, very well known in USA not only for the important athlets but for the many social commitments of this team as well. But when the races starts, it is important to be fast, and first: Challenge is there.

The strong cooperation of Challenge with Ridley continues with the European top team Fidea. Antother Ridley cyclocross team is riding Challenge overseas: "Ridley Factory Team".
